How Do I Register For A Class or Private Event?

  • How much are your classes?
    • The majority of our adult painting classes are $40 per person, but can range from $35-$55 per person.
  • How do I register for a painting event?
    • Go to our  events calendar page, each event has its own ticket link.
  • I’m planning a party for a large group to come in for a class. How do we register?
    • Good question! Private events require a minimum of 8 guests and a max of 40. When booking a private event, you are reserving the studio for you and your guest. The event is not open to the public. Once a design, date and time has been confirmed, the next step is for me to set up an event link for you and your guest to purchase tickets. Once the link is created, it is shared with you. The first guest ticket must be purchased within 24 hours of the link being sent to you or the date could potentially be offered to someone else. The remaining tickets must be purchased 7 days before event date. Tickets are nonrefundable (but you can transfer them to someone else).

Prices vary per person, depending on design selected.  Most 16x20 canvas designs and 3ft wooden board signs are $40 per person. Wooden pallet signs and door hangers are $45-$55 per person

  • How do I reschedule or cancel a class?
    • Easely Created is an art instruction/entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theatre, movie theater, or other public event. Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can transfer them to someone else.
  • When does the new monthly calendar go on the website?
    • We are always adding new events. Check the events page for all the current events (up to 3 months out). If you would like to be updated as events are added, you can join the mailing list or follow us on Facebook

Our paint events and workshops are “art as entertainment!” If you have never painted before, we will guide you step-by-step on how to recreate the featured  painting.  If it is a workshop we will be on hand to help you.  Get creative by putting your own touches; at the end of the session, you will be surprised at your masterpiece to bring home.

Painting Questions?

  • What if I don’t finish my painting?
    • You WILL! It’s my job to guide you through the process.
  • What if I don’t like my painting?
    • We hope that you have enjoyed the ‘experience’ of painting as much as you enjoy your very own painting but if you don’t like it, maybe someone else will! Give it as a gift! Or repaint it. Start over. It’s yours, you may do whatever you like with it! You may even want to donate it to a fundraising event!
  • What is the painting ‘drying time’?
    • It will feel dry to the touch after about ½ hour but will continue to dry thoroughly for the next several days. If you painted a wooden porch sign or door hanger, you will want to let your sign dry for a few days before applying a exterior polyurethane (weather protection). This can be purchased at any hardware store and directions are on the back of each container.
  • How do I transport my painting?
    • After it’s dry to the touch, you can carefully handle it and transport it face up in your car trunk.
  • Can I bring my own materials?
    • Absolutely, you may bring any art supplies you’d like; however, you will still be responsible for buying an event ticket at full price.

Class Questions?

  • How many seats do you have?
    • Currently we like to max out on 40 per class. This is so that the experience is enjoyable for all. Overcrowded events can be a  bit frustrating to those in the back of the class.
  • When should I arrive?
    • Plan to arrive  at least 15 minutes early to check in and enjoy the atmosphere.  If you’re a few minutes late, We  will help you ‘catch up’. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, We won't be able to help you catch up.  It’s your fun night out, arrive early!
  • Where should I park?
    • Downtown Winchester has parking garages, street parking and meter parking (free on weekends)
  • We registered separately. How do we sit together?
    • We do not have reserved seating. Seating is first come, first serve. Someone should arrive early enough to ‘save’ seats for your group with our Save the Seat signs.
  • What should I wear?
    • Wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Although we provide aprons and  use water based acrylic, when it dries it will NOT come out. If you care about it, don’t wear it. Please leave your expensive handbags at home… paint splashes and drips.
  • What if I want to just watch my friend/child paint and only hang out?
    • Every seat has an easel and canvas (or wooden pallets) and has a painting class fee, why not just paint!  If you stay, you pay.  You’ll be glad you did!
