Looking for the perfect place to celebrate?

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, bachelorette party, bridal shower, team-building event, church group, scout troop, family gathering, or just a fun night out with friends, Easely Created offers a creative experience everyone will enjoy!

You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your event.

Party Details

  • Minimum of 8 painters (groups with fewer than 8 are welcome, but the minimum charge is for 8 painters).

  • Maximum of 45 painters.

  • Private events can be booked any day of the week, based on availability.

  • Most classes last approximately 2 hours.

Party Options

16x20 Canvas Paint Party: $35 per painter

  • Everyone paints the same design.

  • Choose your design from our online Gallery.

 3-Foot Wooden Board Paint Party: $45 per painter

  • Everyone paints the same design.

  • Choose your design from our online Gallery.

 DIY Workshop: $40–$65 per person (pricing varies by project)

  • Select up to 3 different DIY projects for your group.

  • Browse available projects in the DIY Kits section of our website.

 Specialty Workshops: $60–$75 per person

Examples include blankets, wreaths, cookie decorating, and other specialty classes.

A minimum of 10 makers is required for specialty workshops.

Off-Site Events

Can’t come to us? We’ll come to you! We offer off-site private events throughout the week.

  • Minimum of 10 painters

  • Minimum of 15 painters if your location is more than 20 minutes from our Winchester studio.

  • Pricing is the same as our in-studio events.

Please note that our studio does not have a phone. All bookings are handled through Facebook Messenger or email.

How Registration Works

Once we’ve confirmed your event details, we’ll create a custom registration link for your group.

  • The first registration serves as your deposit and must be completed within 24 hours to officially reserve your date.

  • We’ll gladly hold your requested date for 24 hours while you complete your first registration.

  • Remaining guests must register 3–5 days before your event, depending on the party type.

  • All registrations are non-refundable.

We provide all paint supplies and instruction needed for your event. Please note that food, drinks, tableware, and decorations are not provided. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
