Whether you’re planning a birthday party, bachelorette party, bridal shower, team-building event, church group, scout troop, family gathering, or a fun night out with friends, Easely Created offers a creative experience everyone can enjoy!

Our private parties are designed to be fun, relaxed, and easy to plan. We provide the project, supplies, instruction, and plenty of creativity—you bring your guests and make the memories!

You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your event.

PARTY DETAILS

  • Minimum of 8 painters/makers. Groups with fewer than 8 are welcome, but the minimum charge is for 8 participants.

  • Maximum of 35 participants.

  • Private events can be booked any day of the week, based on availability.

  • Most private events last approximately 2 hours.

  • All supplies and step-by-step instruction are included.

Pricing varies by project.

Specialty workshops may include projects such as blankets, wreaths, cookie decorating, and other specialty creative experiences.

A minimum of 10 participants is required for specialty workshops.

OFF-SITE PRIVATE EVENTS

Can’t come to the studio? We’ll come to you!

Easely Created offers off-site private creative events throughout the week, based on availability.

  • Minimum of 10 painters/makers

  • Additional travel requirements may apply depending on the event location.

  • Pricing is the same as our in-studio private events.

HOW REGISTRATION WORKS

Once we’ve confirmed your event details, we’ll create a custom registration link specifically for your group.

The first registration serves as your deposit and must be completed within 24 hours to officially reserve your date. We’ll gladly hold your requested date for 24 hours while you complete the first registration.

The remaining guests must complete their registrations 3–5 days before your event, depending on the type of party.

All registrations are non-refundable.
