Booking your child’s party at Easely Created is easy—and the best part… 

we clean up the mess!

Give your birthday child a creative celebration they’ll remember! Our parties combine art, fun, and plenty of time for cake and presents.

Children’s birthday parties are typically available on Saturdays from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00–4:00 PM, with occasional Sunday availability.

CHOOSE FROM THREE PARTY OPTIONS

MINI PICASSO PAINT PARTY

For children turning 5

Each child paints their own 16x20 canvas with step-by-step instruction.

$200 for up to 8 children

$25 for each additional painter

  • Party length: 1½ hours

  • Painting time: approximately 45 minutes

  • Recommended maximum for children’s parties: 16 painters

  • Studio maximum: 35 participants

PICASSO PAINT PARTY

Ages 6–14

Each child paints their own 16x20 canvas with step-by-step instruction.

$220 for up to 8 children

$25 for each additional painter

  • Party length: 2 hours

  • Painting time: approximately 1–1½ hours

  • Recommended maximum for children’s parties: 20 painters

  • Studio maximum: 35 participants

PICASSO DIY PARTY

Ages 6–16

Each child creates their own wooden DIY project with step-by-step instruction.

$250 for up to 8 children

$25 for each additional maker

  • Party length: 2 hours

  • Recommended maximum for children’s parties: 20 children

  • Studio maximum: 35 participants

The birthday child gets to choose the design for their party!

BOOKING YOUR PARTY

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. Your party is not officially booked until the deposit has been paid.

Once we confirm your preferred date and time, we’ll send you a registration link for your deposit.

Your deposit link will be active for 24 hours. We do not hold party dates longer than 24 hours without a paid deposit.

FINAL HEADCOUNT & BALANCE

-Picasso Paint Party:

Final headcount and remaining balance are due the day before your party.

-Picasso DIY Party:

Final headcount and remaining balance are due 3 days before your party. This allows us enough time to cut and prepare all of your projects.

PARTY DETAILS

Once the painting or DIY portion of your party is finished, the remaining time can be used for cake, food, and gifts.

You are welcome to bring: Balloons and decorations, Food, Cake and Non-alcoholic beverages

Easely Created provides the supplies and materials for the art portion of your party only. We do not provide invitations, plates, cups, utensils, tablecloths, decorations, food, or cake.

Tables are available for your food and gifts.

SETUP

You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate and set up.

For an 11:00 AM party, setup may begin at 10:30 AM.

For a 2:00 PM party, setup may begin at 1:30 PM.

OTHER DETAILS

Parties are booked in 2-hour time slots: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00–4:00 PM.

If your party runs more than 10 minutes past the scheduled end time, a $25 additional fee will apply.
