Registration FOR NEW MEMBERS OPENs on March 13th - 20th for April 1st SVG Members

To Kick of Our New SVG Design Vault, When you sign up for April 1st… Our “Founders” Monthly Subscription Fee is $20 and you will get SIX NEW EXCLUSIVE SVG Files (normally monthly subscription will include 4-5 Exclusive SVG designs). This is a locked-in rate that will not increase for founding members, even if the price goes up in the future. Important: If you cancel your subscription and later decide to rejoin, you will pay the current membership rate at that time.

• 3 Exclusive SVG Designs that are NOT INTERCHANGEABLE: Variety of : Porch leaners, Door Hangers and Signs, Tier Tray sets, Trio Sign sets, Shelf sitters, etc. (Exclusive to members for 12 months before public release)

• 1-2 Exclusive SVG INTERCHANGEABLE DESIGN for the Arched Gate (also works for Arched Door) (Exclusive to members for 12 months before public release)

• Marketing Images for each design (One Painted + One unfinished blank)

• Paint Tutorial Videos (2 a month) Some will be live, others will be pre-recoded

• Paint Color & Supply Lists

Membership Enrollment & Policies

When Can I Join? Membership opens to new members THREE times a year (January, May and September):

• May (note: this year, we will not open in May because we are launching early in April)

• September (Registration will open August 17th-24th)

• January (Registration will open December 14th-21st)

• New members will not receive access to past exclusive designs or previous months’ photos

• Past exclusive designs will become available to the public after the 12-month exclusivity period

Founding Member Pricing

• Founding members pay $20/month for joining at the start of the subscription.

• This rate remains active as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel or miss a payment and later rejoin, you will pay the current subscription rate, and founding member pricing will no longer apply.

Subscription Payments & Cancellations

• Subscriptions are billed automatically each month. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard—there are no contracts or long-term commitments. You will create a password for your account dashboard at checkout, this password is used to cancel/update your membership. DO NOT LOSE IT AS I HAVE NO WAY TO RETRIEVE IT.

• Access to the members-only website and Facebook group is available only while your subscription is active.

Missed Payments or Rejoining

If your payment does not clear, your subscription will be canceled.

• To rejoin, you must wait until the next quarterly enrollment period. You will rejoin at the current subscription rate, not your previous rate.

Other Details

• New designs released the first of each month (Seasonal designs released 2 months ahead of their holiday)

• Images WILL not be watermarked with the Easely Created logo. Members will be required to add their own logo/watermark before using. Photos Can Not be used on Etsy.

• Members will download current months content by end of each month. A library to access anytime will not be an option. (WHILE I UNDERSTAND this might be a deal breaker for some, its currently what works best for me).

Commercial Use Included (same as out Etsy Policies)

• DIY kits & blanks (up to 100 per design), Finished painted products (up to 100) and Paint parties & workshops (up to 100). An extended license can be purchased for beyond 100 in our Etsy Shop
